Registration of equity or fixed-income securities with Iberclear is directly related to the decision to arrange an IPO within the Spanish securities market, i.e. with BME. If this decision is taken, the natural option for registering equity securities is Iberclear.
BME strives to optimise all processes to make the registration of equity or fixed-income securities fast and simple.
Strategic management of companies. The service targets all parties at companies who are responsible for taking the decision to arrange a market listing. Thus, Iberclear services must be provided as an added value along with the listing on any Spanish securities markets.
The Iberclear team has many years of proven experience under its belt, equipping it with the best capacity and tools to handle and solve any kind of situation. Iberclear, in fact, is the only Central Securities Depository specialised in the Spanish market, in a context where CSDs from different countries offer services for all markets, settlement of which is being integrated on the joint settlement platform set up by the European Central Bank, Target2 Securities, which the Spanish market will join in 2017.
Admission of equity securities: The admittance price is 0.4 basis points (min. EUR 500 - max. EUR 50,000). For exclusions, the price varies between EUR 300 and EUR 920.
Admission of warrants: The price for inclusion or exclusion of each issue is between EUR 50 and EUR 100.
Fixed-income securities services cover inclusion and exclusion of the securities in the register, redemptions, assimilations and coupon payments.
