Alquiler Seguro Asset Market SOCIMI (“ASAM”) is an investment vehicle aimed at providing stability to families and young people who need to emancipate in the most in-demand areas of the country, offering to the market a constant, durable, and homogeneous supply of housing with the goal of professionalizing the rental housing market from the supply side, with a dual mission: to provide affordable rent to tenants and a recurring dividends for its shareholders.
ASAM aims to replicate and scale a management model based on the dispersed housing market across the country, a segment that has already demonstrated scalability and profits with Quid Pro Quo Alquiler Seguro, the first REIT (“SOCIMI”) in 2018, promoted by the property manager designated, Alquiler Seguro, S.A.U.
To facilitate its business activities, ASAM has entered into an asset management agreement with Orange Town Asset Management, S.L., delegating, among other responsibilities, the compliance with its investment and disinvestment (rotation) policy.
