INMUEBLES EN ALQUILER RESYDENZA, SOCIMI, S.A.U. is a property company dedicated to the acquisition of residential properties for rental with the right to purchase. It belongs to the PRYCONSA Group, a family group of companies with almost 60 years of activity in the real estate development sector where it has built more than 75,000 homes and has been a pioneer in the creation of the first two SOCIMIs in 2009 where its most unique real estate assets are concentrated, such as hotels, commercial premises and offices, mainly located in Spain, although it also has unique real estate assets in Germany and Portugal for long-term rental. Grupo PRYCONSA also has a company dedicated to the construction and/or acquisition of retirement homes for lease to first class operators.
