NORDESTE PROPERTIES SOCIMI S.A. is a listed real estate investment company focused on the hotel sector.
It was incorporated as Nordeste Properties S.L. in December 2020. This was the step prior to the transformation of the company into a Sociedad Anónima in July 2022, in order to be submitted to the SOCIMI tax regime.
Its corporate purpose is the acquisition and development of urban real estate for lease.
Focused on buildings for hotel use, its portfolio is composed of 4 and 5* assets, most of them with large volume of rooms, and which are benchmarks in their respective areas.
Its expansion objectives are focused both on the search for unique assets, similar to those it already has in its portfolio, and exploring other business segments, always related to assets for tourist purposes, which would be leased to specialized operators in each segment.
