ORES Germany was founded in November 2023 with an investment strategy based on investing in an identified portfolio of 8 large food, DIY and household retail stores in Germany. This portfolio has been selected "asset by asset" by the local Sonae Sierra team based on several criteria: attractive entry prices, established locations and long-term leases with strong tenants in the most relevant retail sub-sectors in Germany. This should offer investors stable and predictable cash flows as well as a potential for investment appreciation on exit.
Sonae Sierra, a multinational company that operates in a integrated manner in the real estete sector, will be the real estate administrator of the company, with over 35 years’ experience in the field. With projects carried out in more than 35 countries, the company currently manages more than 8,000 million euros in assets.
The main objective of ORES Alemania is to generate value for its clients through the long-term management of commercial real estate assets, using the knowledge and experience of its administrators Bankinter and Sonae Sierra.
