Grenergy is an independent renewable energy producer, mainly solar photovoltaic, listed on the continuous market since 2019. The company is present in eleven countries, spread across three major platforms: Europe, Latin America and the United States.
Its European activity is carried out in Spain, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom and Germany, and its expansion strategy in Latin America has led the company to operate in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Argentina.
In addition, in 2021, Grenergy enters the United States with the acquisition of the local developer of photovoltaic and battery projects Sofos Harbert, which has a solid project portfolio and an operational platform in the country.
Grenergy's business model, 100% renewable and vertically integrated, allows the company to generate revenues both from the sale of energy as an independent power producer (IPP) and from the transfer of farms to third parties and plant maintenance.
