Sacyr has two business areas with significant synergies and vertical integration between them:
The Concessions division is the engine of growth of the group and is focused on Greenfield projects with low demand risk. It has a young concession portfolio, mostly toll roads, but also hospitals, desalination plants, airports and transport hubs, among others. Sacyr continuously creates value thanks to its extensive experience in the active management of all phases of the concession asset life cycle: market analysis, design, bidding, construction, financing, operation and, in some cases, asset rotation.
The Engineering and Infrastructure division is focused on infrastructure development, mainly own concessions and, to a lesser extent, on the execution of pure construction projects.
