After the incorporation of three new companies in 2024, there are now forty-one companies that have participated or are participating in the support offered by the Pre-Market Environment (EpM) to support their development, enabling them to take advantage of the growth opportunities provided by the stock markets. In fact, since the creation of the EpM in 2017, eight companies have already made the leap from this training programme to BME Growth.
The companies with different sectors that have experienced the EpM, an initiative launched in 2017, are: Soluciones 480, Parlem Telecom, Enerside, Intercity C.F., Energy Solar Tech, Substrate AI, Vanadi Coffe and NZI Helmets. Their managers tell us about their experience.
Being part of BME's EpM allows, among other advantages, to address structural changes gradually so that the teams involved can understand and internalise them and thus take the natural step to the stock market.
Its open and collaborative nature promotes the participation of investors, advisors and stock market professionals, who interact with companies, generating an enriching ecosystem for all of them.
It has been 7 years since the creation in Valencia of the EpM as a formula to promote communication between companies, their managers and private investors and the financial culture necessary to, where appropriate, assess the search for financing through the markets. Initially it was aimed at companies located in the Valencia region, but it was quickly opened up to the whole of Spain.
In terms of training, the programme covers a wide range of topics necessary for understanding and approaching the capital markets, such as investors relations or transparency requirements of listed companies, financial statements, stock market operations, etc. All this from a practical point of view and taught by the professionals of the Stock Exchange and its 27 partners who share their professional experience with the teams promoting the companies in the Environment, among which are the main law firms, associations, foundations, business schools, management companies of venture capital entities, participatory financing platforms and all kinds of entities that offer comprehensive support to the new companies.
But the EpM story does not end here because the call for new companies and investors is still open and ongoing.
