Innovation and Entrepreneurship: BME Shines at Startup Olé 2024

Jesús González, Managing Director of BME Growth and BME Scaleup joined the round table Alternative Financing: Exploring Venture Capital and SME markets moderated by Felipe Cavero Martínez de Campos (ACROSS LEGAL). The other participants were Jessica Saadé (Kibo Venture), Alberto Criado (Cardumen Capital), Edgar Couto (Bewater Funds), Antonio Fernández (ARMANEXT) and Iván Feito (Axon Partners). One of the key points of the panel was what drives a company to seek financing in venture capital or through the stock market.

Both Jesús González and Antonio Fernandez emphasised the ease of access to BME Growth, how it can help not only in financing but also in the prestige of the company itself and in attracting talent. They also described which investors, both private and institutional, are increasingly becoming part of this market.

Jesús Ramírez analyst on BME showed the advantages of belonging to the BME Pre-Market Environment and how this programme accelerates the incorporation of all types of companies to the stock market, as he explained in the reverse pitch, a space reserved for corporations and investors to present their visions and value propositions to entrepreneurs.

BME was also able to showcase our growth markets and establish synergies in numerous meetings with the companies in attendance.
