New document from MICISO REAL ESTATE about its listing on BME Growth

• It is the second company to register in 2023 a document of incorporation to this BME market and the first REIT

The Market Coordination and Incorporations Committee considers that MICISO REAL ESTATE will meet the requirements for its incorporation to BME Growth.

The Board of Directors of the company, which is the second company and first REIT to register a Document of Incorporation on this BME market in 2023, has taken as a reference for the start of trading of the shares a price of 1 euro per share, which implies a total valuation of the company of 2.15 million euros. This price coincides with the price agreed in the last capital increase carried out by the company prior to its incorporation to the market.

The Registered Advisor of the company is Renta 4 Corporate, while Renta 4 Banco will act as Liquidity Provider.

MICISO REAL ESTATE is at an early stage in terms of size and operations, as the Company is expected to add assets to its portfolio. As of the date of the Information Document, the Company has signed a deposit contract on an asset located in Madrid, in the neighborhood of Pueblo Nuevo, close to Alcalá Street.
