BME Growth welcomes KTESIOS REAL ESTATE SOCIMI

Today BME Growth welcomed KTESIOS REAL ESTATE SOCIMI. The traditional ringing of the bell held at the Madrid Stock Exchange was led by Henry Gallego, chairman of the company, who was accompanied by Jesús González Nieto-Márquez, Managing Director of BME Growth.

The company, which is the third to debut in this market so far this year, took as a reference a price of 14 euros per share, which implies a total valuation of the company of 20.4 million euros. This price coincides with the price agreed in the last capital increase carried out by the company before its incorporation to the market.

KTESIOS REAL ESTATE SOCIMI joined Euronext Access Lisboa on June 1, 2021. It is foreseen that after the incorporation in BME Growth, and as soon as possible, the company will request the exclusion of all the shares of Euronext Access Lisboa.
