BME Growth welcomes IFLEX

• It is the tenth company to go public to this market in 2023

Today BME Growth welcomed IFLEX. The traditional ringing of the bell held at the Barcelona Stock Exchange was led by Josep Maria Puig, president of the company, and Pere Puig, CFO, who were accompanied by Jesús González, Managing Director of BME Growth, and Eduardo Ansaldo, Chairman of Bolsa de Barcelona.

The company, which is the tenth to debut on this market so far this year, took as a reference 1.2 euros per share, which implies a total valuation of the company of 12,2 million euros.

Jesús González wished IFLEX luck in this new venture and welcomed it to BME Growth, "a market with a proven track record, experience and solidity, with BME's seal of quality and the highest standards of security and transparency, which is part of SIX, the third largest group of financial markets in Europe".

For his part, Eduardo Ansaldo stressed that the Barcelona Stock Exchange's doors are open to companies. "We are here, close to everyone and open to the future, determined to continue to play a leading role in the dynamism of the Catalan economy and business fabric," he said.

The company has started trading under the code “IFLEX”.
