BME welcomes PKF Attest and Abbaco Markets as new Pre Market Environment Partners

• With these two additions, there are now 28 partners in BME's collaborative environment that facilitates the process of listing on the stock exchange for companies.
• PKF Attest helps companies in search of financing (Equity and Debt), while Abbaco Markets seeks to contribute with its track record in SME markets.

BME's Pre-Market Environment (EpM) has today welcomed two new partners, PKF Attest and Abbaco Markets, bringing to 28 the number of partners of this BME initiative that seeks to help companies enter the financial markets. Throughout its history, 41 companies have gone through EpM and seven of them have already made the leap to the market, to BME Growth. In this environment, partners play an important role in helping companies prepare for their listing on the stock market.

PKF Attest is a multidisciplinary firm of professional services for companies and institutions and, currently, one of the ten largest in Spain with more than 700 professionals and present in 11 cities. Since 2010 it belongs to the PKF network of firms present in more than 150 countries. In Capital Markets, it supports its clients during the process of incorporation and permanence in the Stock Exchange through the services of Registered Advisor, Liquidity Provider, Placement Entity, Investor Relations and Audit.

For its part, Abbaco Markets seeks with its incorporation to the Pre-Market Environment to strengthen its work to promote the stock market as an alternative means of financing in the growth strategy of SMEs. This commitment allows the company to offer comprehensive support to enable these companies in the process of becoming listed companies.
