founder of NZI.
BME Growth today welcomed NZI HELMETS. The traditional ringing of the bell at the Madrid Stock Exchange was led by Nazario Ibáñez, founder of the company, Nazario Ibáñez Ortín, CEO, and Juan José Bernat, General Director, who were accompanied by Jesús González, Managing Director of BME Growth.
The company is the second to join this BME market so far this year and the eighth to do so from the Pre-Market Environment since the birth of this BME initiative to prepare companies to make the leap to the financial markets. NZI HELMETS set a reference price of €0.91 per share, bringing its initial valuation to €15 million.
"NZI HELMETS' arrival at BME Growth is very representative of this market and of the financing ladder that BME makes available to small and medium-sized companies. The company comes to the market from the Pre-Market Environment, a path that has already been taken by eight companies, which demonstrates the usefulness of this training programme for companies that are thinking of entering the financial markets. We wish NZI the best of luck,’ said Jesús González.
The company has commenced trading under the ticker code ‘NZI’. The company's Registered Advisor is Deloitte Auditores, while Singular Bank will act as Liquidity Provider.
