SOLVENTO GROUP 22 SOCIMI is a legal entity that belongs to a family group with more than 60 years of history. Our beginnings took place in the 60's with the launching of a hotel in the center of Marbella, and over the course of time, the acquisition of several plots of land on the Costa del Sol took place. Over the years our founder and the second generation would continue with various real estate projects, obtaining assets for management, allocating most of them to lease. Today the group is managed by the third generation. At SOLVENTO we have two clearly differentiated business units, the leasing of commercial premises and the management of tourist apartments. All of them located in the province of Malaga and Guipuzcoa.
