BME Data Distribution Agreement
BME’s Information Dissemination Agreement is made up of the following documents: General Conditions; Special Cases; Reporting Template; Catalog of Information Products; Rates (July 1, 2024), and Template Section of Special Conditions. Entities wishing to receive, distribute, and use market information provided by BME must sign a comprehensive agreement.

- Direct connections to its dissemination platforms (SIX MDDX, BME Gate Server, and BME Multicast Binary Feed).
- Co-Location, Proximity, London Hub, and Third-Party Provider services, by providing space (racks) and the necessary communications infrastructure for the installation of the software and hardware required by members for market access or also providing connectivity to third parties from BME’s CPD (Third-Party Provider Service).
