Flexible Work Models

We offer a work environment that is well-balanced, productive and fosters success. Our Hybrid Work Model includes: 37.5 hours per week with flexible working times, possibility to work from home up to  40%  of the time, with office days including either Mondays or Fridays. Employees are entitled to 22 days of holidays per year plus 7 additional days by our collective agreement. 

Continuous Learning

We offer our employees an environment in which they can grow. Our offerings include access to our SIX Academy (e-learnings and face-to-face courses to cover a diverse training demand on business skills, financial knowledge, agile working and much more), our online language learning platform and a broad range of e-learnings from Udemy for Business. Bachelor and Master courses from Instituto BME are also available free of charge.

Performance and Development Cycle (PDC)

BME promotes the professional and personal development of ours employees through the Performance and Development Cycle. The PDC allows them to discuss their development with their manager on a regular basis, to establish their own goals to grow and improve their skills, knowledge and capabilities to better perform.

Wellbeing

Recruitment Process

We only accept direct applications on our website, which should include a CV in English. Diversity is important to us. Therefore, we are looking forward to receiving your application regardless of your personal background.

Our Talent Aquisition team will review your application, based on the alignment with our values and the qualifications needed for success in the role. The decision to move forward or withdraw from the process will be communicated by telephone or email.

If your application is successfully reviewed, we will invite you to an interview with the hiring manager where you will learn more about the role. Expect questions about your skills, work history, and situational scenarios. Generally, the process will consist of 2 to 3 interviews.

If you successfully complete the interview process, we will send you a job offer and discuss the important points of the contract.

During your first days at BME you will receive a welcoming orientation that introduces you to our culture, policies, and team dynamics. You will meet your new colleagues and receive information about your role, tools and responsibilities.
