- The management of tourist establishments including apartments and hotels: Sea You Apartmentos Port Saplaya located on the waterfront in Port Saplaya, and Sea You Hotel Port Valencia near the Arenas beach and la Marina de Valencia.
- The management of its own stock and Private Equity portfolios.
