Luis Álvarez-Sestelo during the bell ringing
BME Growth today welcomed OPTARE SOLUTIONS. The traditional ringing of the bell at the Madrid Stock Exchange was led by Luis Álvarez-Sestelo, CEO of the company, who was accompanied by Jesús González, Managing Director of BME Growth.
The company, which is the third to debut on this market so far this year, took as a reference a price of 6.25 euros per share, which implies a total valuation of the company of 22 million euros.
‘This third addition to BME Growth, which brings the number of new companies in BME's growth markets to around twenty, is the best demonstration of how attractive financial markets are for companies, whatever their size, to list and diversify their sources of investment in order to face future challenges,’ added Jesús González.
The company has started trading under the code "OPTS". The company's Registered Advisor is Renta 4 Corporate, while Renta 4 Banco will act as Liquidity Provider.
