Since 2020, he is Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles and a member of the Board of Directors of SIX Group.
Within the Group, he is Chairman of the Madrid Stock Exchange and Chairman of its Nominations Committee and Chairman of the Remunerations Committee and Member of the Audit Committee of Iberclear.
Since 2010, he is Director and a member of the Investment Committee, and since 2020, the Chairman of Gawa Capital Management SGEIC, an investment management firm.
He is the chairman of the Board of Trustees of Fundación de Amigos de la Alhambra and co-Commissioner of the candidacy of Granada as European Cultural Capital of 2031 (from 2024), Chairman of the Advisory Committee of CUNEF UNIVERSIDAD (from 2022) and member of the Board of Trustees of the Fundación Pablo Horstmann. (from 2019).
